The City Center 15: Cinema De Lux in White Plains, New York has closed.

Located in the City Center shopping center on Mamaroneck Avenue and Main Street, the last movies were shown at the fifteen-screen movie theater on Sunday, October 29, 2023. According to our records, the theater originally opened in December 2003 or in early 2004. It featured an IMAX auditorium, which debuted in 2004.

The website for parent company National Amusements shows the following message on the theater's page:

It has been our pleasure to serve the White Plains community with great movie-going for many years. Showcase Cinema de Lux City Center 15 movie theater is now closed.

Showcase Cinema de Lux is committed to providing a superior movie-going experience and we hope to see you at our Showcase Cinema de Lux Ridge Hill and Showcase Cinema de Lux Cross County, both in Yonkers.
