The AMC Woodhaven Village 10 in Woodhaven, Michigan closed permanently last fall. It closed in March 2020 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The theater had been operated by AMC Entertainment since 2017, when it purchased the theater from Emagine Entertainment. The good news for moviegoers in the area is that Emagine is taking over the theater again!

The Emagine Woodhaven is opening Wednesday, June 23, 2021, and it will be offering an all-inclusive ticket. The company says that this is the first all-inclusive theater in the country, and we have to admit that we've never heard of any other one, so we'll take that claim on face value!

According to the information on the theater's official website, all-inclusive tickets include movie admission and everything that is available at the concession stand, "including hot food, popcorn, soda, and various sweets including a selection of popular candies." Concessions will not be available separately, so if you want snacks, you'll want to purchase the all-inclusive tickets. Bar drinks and cocktails are not included.
