Walt Disney Pictures has announced that the World Premiere of the new documentary Morning Light will be held today, October 8, 2008 at the El Capitan Theatre in Beverly Hills, California.

Scheduled to attend the premiere Roy E. Disney (conceived by, producer, executive producer), Leslie DeMeuse (conceived by, producer, executive producer), Morgan Sackett (producer), Mark Monroe (director/writer), Paul Crowder (co-producer/editor), team members Chris Branning, Graham Brant-Zawadzki, Charlie Enright, Jesse Fielding, Robbie Kane, Steve Manson, Chris Schubert, Kate Theisen, Mark Towill, Genny Tulloch, Piet van Os, Chris Welch, Kit Will and Jeremy Wilmot, sailing coaches Robbie Haines, Stan Honey, Mike Howard and Roy P. Disney.

Special guests will include Andy Garcia, David Arquette, and Markie Post.

Celebrities will begin arriving at 6pm and the screening starts at 7:30pm.

Morning Light is a true-life documentary about fifteen young sailors... six months of intense training... one chance at the brass ring. It tells the inspiring story of a group of intrepid and determined young men and women, on the cusp of adulthood, as they embark on life’s first great adventure.
