Disney is known for their "vault," where they keep their movie titles until they're good and ready to let us buy them. While some movies leave the vault, others are put in, and once their stock is depleted, we have to wait for the great vault of Disney to open once again.

The latest movies to enter the Disney vault on January 30, 2010 are:

If you're looking to buy one of these movies, you'd be advised to do so before they run out. Just click on the link for the movie you're interested in for details and pricing at our Gift Shop merchant Amazon.com. If you're looking at buying Sleeping Beauty, we highly recommend the Blu-ray/DVD Combo version, since you get both the high definition Blu-ray and the standard definition DVD in the same package, and it's only 50 cents more!

Even if you don't have a Blu-ray player now, you'll thank yourself later when you do and you have that title in the best quality possible on your shelf. Plus, you'll save the ridicule from your 6-year-old when she realizes what she's missing if you don't...

Getting vaulted videos from eBay can get very expensive, so if you think that you may want to have any of these in your collection, now is the time to hit that "Buy Now" button!

In exchange, Disney will be releasing some of their classic movies in 2010, including:

  • Toy Story Special Edition (Blu-ray/DVD Combo and DVD)
  • Toy Story 2 Special Edition (Blu-ray/DVD Combo and DVD)
  • Beauty and the Beast (Blu-ray and DVD)
  • Fantasia (Blu-ray and DVD)
  • Fantasia 2000 (Blu-ray and DVD)
