Back on March 22, Marcus announced that they were acquiring 11 theaters from Cinema Entertainment Corporation (CEC) located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa. At the time, the deal was not finalized and the exact locations were not disclosed (even though I guessed at 10 of the 11).

Marcus Theatres Corporation has issued a new press release that announces the final acquisition and the specific locations involved. You can read the full press release below, and the following is a list of the acquired locations:

After the opening of the Marcus Majestic Cinema in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Marcus will operate 628 screens at 52 locations in six states. They will be the seventh largest theater chain in the United States.
