New York: AMC Locations Opening in the State of New York on October 23, 2020
AMC Entertainment announced recently that several of its locations in the state of New York will resume showing movies on Friday, October 23, 2020. In a press release issued this week, the company said that it expected approximately a dozen movie theaters would reopen as a result of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's announcement that theaters outside of New York City could open. As the coronavirus pandemic closed theaters across the country, drive-in movie theaters were the first to reopen this summer.
