I would go to see the 2D version again, but not 3D.

I think conversions are phony 3D. It's more of a gimmick to try to get you back into the theaters. Even Avatar which was made in 3D had its drawbacks, such as a darker projected image.

The thrill of 3D may be wearing thin. 70% of Thor showings opened on 3D screens, yet 50% of people saw Thor in 2D! That's a lot of empty 3D seats! People may not feel the extra $4 is worth seeing something in 3D.
