The animation is great, but the story is lacking, making this LEGO MOVIE outing just for the kids, and not so much for the whole family. Check out my full thoughts here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_wDvjYtLYI May 7, 2018
"The Lego Ninjago Movie" is the third of the Lego movies, but unlike the last two, this movie is unfunny with more more chaos in the storytelling and the direction of the movie that I couldn't care less what happens in the end. At least 6 people work on the screen play. That is like a joke about how many people it takes to screw a light bulb? How many people it takes to screw up a bad screenplay? How about 6! Six people who can't work out a screenplay. 6 is 6 too many. A group of Ninjas on the island of Ninjago had to defend their island against the enemy who is the father of one of the ninjas. The plot line has slow down the movie, but overall everything in the movie slows down the movie. the only good thing in the movie is a cat. the cat is the only good thing in the movie. the reason why i said this is because cats don follow directions from the filmmakers. they rather do stuff that a cat likes and they don't care what the humans think. By the end of the movie, I don't care about what happens in the movie. I just glad it's over. Looking for more opinions?Check out our Featured Movie Reviews for The LEGO Ninjago Movie. |
