"Fist fight" looks like a good movie with an impressive cast. The only problem is the film has a weak script which is full of penis jokes and lot's of ugly jokes to go around. Charlie Day plays a English Teacher whose his board stuff that he wrote along with drawing of penises drawn on the wall and ugly references to historical writers, mainly women. it takes place at a school on the last day of classes. the kids in that school are reduced to acting like sex addicts. One student jacks off in the bathroom. Ice Cube plays a tough history teacher who acting like the tough principal in "Lean On Me." when Day rat on his behavior to the principal, Ice Cube challenge hi to a fight in he school yard. Counting down to that fight reminds me of "High Noon," not in a good way. But there are a few good moments that came out of this movie. 1) this is Tracey Morgan's first feature movie since that horrible accident several years back. He reminds me of Patricia O'Neil stroke back in 1965. Both people came back from personal tragic events. 2) You need to know who's Alexa Nigenson. She plays the daughter of Day's character and one of the impressive performance in the movie when she perform a rap song. She was great. I hope to get to see more of her in the near future. As for this movie, the weak potty mouth script is the real reason why i didn't like the movie. three years ago, i sae the movie "Meet the Millers," yes it was raunchy, but the film is more funny with less penis jokes. Too baf "fist fight" could have learn a writing lesson from the movie.
