The film is "O" and this isn't the first time that a single letter is used for a film title. (Fritz Lang's "M" came out in 1933) "O" is based on the Shakespeare play "Othello" and it takes place at a boarding school, where love trenchary, geed, lust and murder all played out. The film never loses Shakespeare's vision of the play. Julia Stilles gives a good performance. Better watch out, she's a rising star in the making. Sep 23, 2001
