The sixth Mission Impossible movie titled Fallout is probably better than the last five and I kind of believe them. Tom Cruise continues his role as Ethan Hunt just like he did in the last five movie. there has been six MI movies since 1996 and they put that movie on avenge of one movie every 3.4 years if you can forgive my math. In the new movie the IMF must contend with a terrorist organization called the apostles who has nuclear weapons that they can exploded in large cities and it's up to Cruise and his team to stop them. the stunt work is probably better than the last one, because I Cruise didn't have to fly on top of a airplane. He broke his ankle when he tried to jump from on building to another. if that broken ankle couldn't stop Cruise, nothing can. stop him. My favorite action moment is the helicopter battle scenes and the aftermath. When Cruise get into a jam, We'll know he will find of way to get out of it. Hoodini will be so impress of him. Most of the cast returns including Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames. Michelle Monagham makes a appearance at Cruise's love interest. I saw the movie in IMAX, my first IMAX movie in over a year. I don't care what the format of the movie, all I care about is seeing the movie. Lite the fuse!

I like Tom Cruise's movies. It was good and it was very long. I really don't see how Cruise does all the stunts on this movie esp. now. He looked good. What a good looking man Simon Pegg is, never heard of him. Maybe it was just me but to see Alex Baldwin beating someone up was too funny. I really think Alex Baldwin does humor better.

One of the best action movies of the decade

After watching the previous two installments of the Mission: Impossible franchise, I was well-prepared for this, the sixth in the series. One of the dangers of getting this far into a franchise is that you've worn out your welcome, but somehow Tom Cruise and company have managed to keep it fresh while still doing a lot of the same things (masks, running, dangerous stunts, more running, etc.).

I especially appreciated how Fallout integrated elements and characters from the past without making it feel like a cheap rehash for lack of screenwriting capability. Bringing back both major and minor characters from past movies creates a continuum while doing it an an effective manner that I appreciated.

The way things wrap up here, this could be the end of the franchise, and that would be OK. But, they could also do another, and I would be happy to pay for that movie ticket. If they can continue to come up with interesting things to put on the screen, their ability to keep the franchise going is probably more limited by Cruise's ability and willingness to bring Ethan Hunt back to the big screen than anything else.

If you haven't seen it yet, I definitely recommend doing so. I also recommend seeing Rogue Nation beforehand, as it will help you appreciate this movie a little more.
