"Summer Catch" is a low rent version of "Bull Duran."

It supose to be about baseball, but this movie isn't intrested in the legend of the game, they want you to see Freddie Prinze Jr. half naked and wearing a thong. Prinze, who spent half of the movie either getting half naked or chasing girls or getting drunk, is a wasted lead character whom I had no heart for.

This film also has a lousy soap opera storyline that you can predict the outcome. "Summer Catch" has stuck out at the plate.

what a disappointment. I really thought it would have been much better. I was actually in the theater waiting for it to end. I didn't know what the heck was going on. Don't waste your money on it
