"Battle of the Sexes" has bough beck memories of me watching the tennis match between Billie Jean King and bobby Riggs on television. Because of King and singer Helen Reddy, I've became a born-again feminist. I walk away from the television knowing that women are worth more than being in the bedroom and in the kitchen. this movie has brought back memories as the film capture the mood of 1973. people who went to the movie will say that the tennis battle between King and Riggs is the best thing in the movie. But if you ask thing, the best thing that came out of the movie is the lesbian relationship between King Emma Stone) and her hairdresser. played by Andrea Riseborough. Steve Carell is great as Bobby Riggs. he's both loose and funny. Sone has hit it on the nail as Billie Jean King. She deserves another Oscar nomination. I love this movie very much.
