This is what movies are supposed to be. There’s still an underlying message, but they don’t hit you over the head with it like a lot of larger movie companies do nowadays. You have to watch it, it was so much fun!

This movies requires a fair number of contrivances to move the plot along, but you don’t mind, because you’re having as much fun watching it as it seems everyone was having making it.

And that’s what this movie is about: having fun. No one is taking home an Oscar for this one, and that lets the entire proceeding enjoy the time spent together.

In this day age, especially, there’s nothing at all wrong with that.
