A boring action movie starring Jackie Chan as a limo driver for a secret agent who puts on a suit to achieve special powers. "The Tuxedo" comes off as a failed plot for a comic book. Chan join forces with Jennifer Love Hewitt to battle a villian who wants to poison the water supply. Hewitt is the only thing that grabs my attention.
