\"Zodiac\" is a movie that traces the history of the Zodiac killer from his first killing to 1966 right up to the present. A strong performance of the cast also help the movie. At times I copared the newsroom scenes to the 1976 movie \"All The President\'s Men.\" The film may be long at times, but watching this film is wroth it. It\'s wroth your time to see it. Mar 7, 2007

Too long of a movie. Somewhat entertaining. I thought I was watching an episode of "Law & Order". Mar 18, 2007
It was far to long to be good. Cut out 45 min. and maybe you could sit through it. Apr 17, 2007

Once in a while, I happen upon a movie that grabs my attention unexpectedly. What began as a choice to watch in half-hour chunks ended up being a two and a half hour single-sitting. That's usually the mark of a good movie. While I wouldn't say that this is one of the best movies I've ever seen, it's involving, it's interesting, and achieves its purpose of telling the story of the investigation of the Zodiac killer, at least from Robert Graysmith's perspective. I'm a fan of crime shows, so the pace of the procedural drama didn't bother me. Rather, the exact opposite occurred, in that I was always interested to see where the trail would lead next instead of being impatient with the slow pace of the investigation. Considering the subject material, one can guess that it's not a happy movie. But it is a well-done, well-told, and well-acted criminal investigation drama that will reward patient viewers.
