\"Delta Farce\" is a lousy, badly written war comedy about several goofballs who ended up in Mexico, think they\'re in Iraq. Larry the Cable Guy (I don\'t know his real name, I wish I knew) lead a force into Mexico and they end up defending a Mexican village against bandits. The screenplay contains Homophobic and racial overtones. DJ Qualls, who gave a brilliant performance in \"Hustle and Flow,\" is back playing dumb-down roles. This film is turly dumb-down and full of holes. A much better military movie is the 1981 comedy \"Stripes.\" What\'s the difference between the two? \"Stripes\" is much better written and acted. Bill Murray is much a better actor than Larry the Cable Guy. The music score is first rate. What does \"Delta Farce\" has? A wasted comedy with no laughs. The aim of this movie is support the war in Iraq. But I don\'t think it will help. I was shocked when that movie wwas the 5th highest in sales. I can safety predict that in one week, it will leave the top 10 and in two weeks the film will leave theatres.

A friend talked me into going along, all I can say is if you can spell STUPID, your too smart to see this one. Should have knowen better.
