Not as magical or fun as the first Nanny McPhee movie five hyears earlier. Emma Thompson returns asNanny McPhee, but doesn't offer much. There's some magic, but didn't overwhem the movie like the first. Maggie Gyllenhaal is appealing, but like Thompson, didn't offer much. You know when this movie's in trouble when someone falls into the muddy waters in the first 15 minutes of the film.
