Martin Lawrence is at his best in this movie! His surrounding cast was well-chosen too. Four of us went to see it - 3 adults and 1 younger teen - and we all thought it was a hoot! There are lots of laughs and an entertaining story line. (Our only problem was the last reel sent was in French, so we have to go back to find out what the dialog really was, once it gets to the value theatre.) I think I'd see it again even if I hadn't had to try to remember my high school French the first time! Good movie! Martin Lawrence is no Dustin Hoffman, and \"Big Momma House\" is not \"Tootsie.\" Lawerence plays a undercover cop who posed as Mamma to stop a crook.
